Our Performance (Latest National GP Survey 2015)

The latest national (MORI) GP patient survey for 2015 have been released. Below is a snap shot of what our patients have said. Of note more than 93% of patients felt confidence in their doctor and 90% said that their last GP had given them enough time in the consultation. 89% said they were listened to and had their treatment and investigations explained to them. It is showed that the surgery has listened to what our patients have said and have worked towards improving our care for our patients. Within the last year we have recruited more doctors and now have a number of appointments available for our patients.

Our nurses have also scored well on the national experience questionnaire with 93% had confidence and trust with the nurse they had spoke to.

Our receptionists have done exceedingly well with 91% of patients finding it easy to get through on the phone and 90% finding them helpful. 

The surgery has made large improvements over the last few years and now we are working hard to maintaining an excellent level of service to all patients. Our current GP MORI polls have reflected such change.

Whilst we may not be able to tackle all your concerns every single time, we appreciate that as patients you are often very busy and have often more than 1 medical complaint. Where possible the doctors will try and attempt to address all of your issues in one consultation. Because of this there may be a short delay or wait in seeing you compared to your appointment time. 

We hope to continue the good work at the surgery. We routinely offer feedback forms and questionnaires at the surgery to allow us assess and reflect on any comments or recommendations you have. We are constantly listening and strive to improve our service provision.
