How to book a photo/video appointment
The surgery provides virtual photo appointments where patients can submit images of the skin for example for the doctor to review and discuss with during the appointment. This makes it easy and convenient for the user and also means you do not have to attend the practice face to face.
Instructions
Before submitting a photo prior to your healthcare professional appointment please book an appointment via reception on the telephone
Request for your GP reference number
Submit up to 3 images with the form. please ensure images are <1 mb in size. Also our IT does not accept apple HEIC images. Please sent standard JPEG, PNG or GIF images
Videos require to be short <15 seconds long due to size restrictions
The clinician will review your image during your appointment. Inputting inaccurate details will result in the submission being deleted automatically unfortunately.
Also do not submit photos without confirming an appointment with the surgery unless the Doctor has requested for you to do so. We no longer accept images via email to the practice and these will unfortunately not be processed
