Patient Advice and Liason service (PALS) / complaints
If you have not heard anything from the service i.e. typically within 4-6 weeks since your referral or eRS appointment card, and you have tried to contact the service provider by the numbers above or the number on the eRS appointment card then then you can complain via contacting and emailing the service PALS details below for the relevant service/hospital
Mental health trust
The surgery may have referred you to either a Haringey community service or hospital for an appointment. Often it can take a few weeks for them to contact you by post.
Please ensure that the practice has your most up-to-date details including address and phone number as incorrect details can results in letters being sent to the wrong address.
If you have not heard from them within a reasonable time frame (i.e. 6 weeks) consider contacting the provider directly or speak to our receptionist to ensure the referral has been made. If the referral has been sent by the GP, then it is best to try and chase the appointment directly than booking an appointment with the GP to inform them of the delay.
