Translation resources for patients
If you require translation services for your appointment please request from the surgery an appointment with a translator. The surgery will try and accommodate your request. The surgery also has a number of staff who speak different languages including:
- Turkish, Polish, Bengali, Urdu, Arabic
- The surgery is piloting using languageline ipad for other languages
BSL sign language
If you require BSL translator the surgery can also try and book a face to face translator for your appointment. The surgery is a pilot for languageline ipads for BSL translators. This resource is available <4pm during week hours.
Easy Read, Large Print, Vision or Hearing impaired & Accessibility
The surgery offers a dedicated email access to those patients who have Hearing Impaired Patients firstname.lastname@example.org.
