Further to the engagement carried out in April 2019 and July 2020 to seek your views with regards to the relocation of the West Green Road Surgery from 339-341 West Green Road, London, N15 3PB to 590-598 Green Lanes, Haringey, London, N8 0RA, we can now confirm that the move will be on Monday 19^th September 2022.

• There will be no impact on the care that you receive

• You can continue to see the same Doctor or Nurse that you see at the moment

• There will be no reduction in services, GP and nurse appointments will not be reduced

• The West Green Road Surgery’s telephone number (020 8881 9606) and digital contacts will not change

The relocation has no effect on your registration. If you are happy to remain registered you don’t need to do anything.
