How it works
Complete the Accurx online formwith as much detail as you can
Your form will be processed within 2 working days (i.e if you submit a request on Monday afternoon you should expect a response by Thursday)
You will receive a text message with self-care advice, a self-booking link, or the next steps
You may receive advice, a prescription, or be offered an appointment (possibly within 2 weeks for routine issues)
Service hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30. Requests received outside these hours are processed the next working day
